Welcome to the Home of Braybrook's Bunch

A new year is about to begin!  I am so excited to be teaching a grade 3/4 combination this year.  I took some time over the summer to read about different ways to set up a classroom and have used many of the ideas to set up my classroom this year.  For those of you who have been in my classroom before, you will see some changes in how it looks!

I look forward to meeting this year's Braybrook's Bunch next week to begin our year of learning!

  1. You've gotta love seeing inside someone's classroom - thank you for the tour! I'm sure it will look very different once the "bunch" is in! Enjoy your 2014-2015 school year, Tanya!

  3. Hi Braybrook's Bunch. Thank you for sharing the video of your classroom Tanya. It is going to be a great way for Finn's Nanna & Poppa in New Zealand to see what Finn is up to at school.

    1. Finn says "Hi Nanna! How are you doing?" Thank you for posting your comment. What is it like in New Zealand right now? We are curious to learn more about New Zealand from you and Finn. We think it's pretty cool that we are getting comments from the other side of the world. Thanks again and we hope to hear more from you. Finn says "Love you Nanna! Good bye for now!"

    2. Greetings Braybook's Bunch from Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty which is in the North Island of New Zealand on the East Coast. I'm sure Finn's Mum will have a map of New Zealand she could show you exactly where it is. We live on the coast and our City is the 4th largest in New Zealand, but by Canadian standards it is small - I think our population is about 120,000 which is larger than Sundre. It is spring here - normally I would be saying we live in the sunny Bay of Plenty but today it's very grey. If you let me know what the class would be interested in hearing about New Zealand in general and our area in particular. My love to Finn and best wishes to you and Finn's classmates. Cheers Nanna Janice Miller
